Please find below answers to our frequently asked questions.

Are there any set up fees for printing or embroidery?

There are no set up fees for printing or embroidery, provided there are a minimum of 12 garments. If you require less than 12 garments the set up fee is as follows:

Less than 12 garments: £30.00 + VAT (per colour for screen printing)
12 or more garments: Free set up

Will I get to approve my design?

For embroidered designs we will email a proof for you to approve before we embroider your garments. We can send a sample in the post if you prefer. 

For printed garments we will send a proof if requested. Please contact the Direct Workwear Team on 01484-506136 if you do require a proof for printing.

How long will my order take?

Delivery of plain items is 2/4 working days. Delivery of printed or embroidered garments is approx 10 working days from approval or artwork.

If you need your order in a hurry please let us know. We will always try and meet your deadlines.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order. However, if you require printing or embroidery we require 12 garments to offer free set up.

Can I return my garments if they don't fit?

We are able to supply information on sizes for all our products. Please order carefully as we do not accept any liability for garments that do not fit, and we do not operate on a sale or return basis

Can I order samples?

We treat samples as a normal order, however, they can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Please order samples online, or contact the Direct Workwear Team on 01484-506136.

I want a garment, that I cannot see on your website?

Only a selection of garments that we supply are shown on the web site. If there is a specific garment you require, please contact us for a quote.

Can we have more than one logo on our garments?

Yes, we can embroider or print in multiple locations on each garment. 

How do we send our artwork?

Artwork can be sent in any format including ,jpg, pdf, gif, word document.

We can also copy your logo from a letterhead or compliments slip, or even an old garment.

Do you charge for delivery?

Carriage is charged at £6.95 + VAT per order.

Delivery to the Highlands, Off Shore Islands, and Ireland will incur additional carriage costs.

We use Interlink Express courier service, and send an email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Are my credit card details safe?

We use Sage Pay secure payments to process your card payments. We do not store or download any card numbers to ensure your details are safe.

Do you take all credit and debit cards?

We accept all cards except American Express.

Will my personal details be shared with other parties?

No, we will not pass your personal details onto any third parties, other that those dealing with your order (e.g.. SagePay secure payments, courier.)

What if I require more than one logo?

The web site will allow one logo to be ordered online. If you require additional logo's please contact the Direct Workwear Team and we will provide a quote. As a rough guide each logo (average size) is usually £3.00 + VAT per garment.

How can I track my order?

Please log in to your account by clicking the My Account Section. This area will show your orders and where they are up to. Alternatively please contact us on 01484-506136, or email enquiries@directworkwearonline.com

When you order is despatched we will email your invoice along with the tracking number for the courier. Also, if your have provided your mobile phone number you should receive a text from the courier to advise the time of delivery.
